Dumpster Agreement

HULLAWAY LLC DUMPSTER RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Dumpster Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date signed below by and between Hullaway LLC, a limited liability company ("Company"), and the undersigned customer ("Customer").

**1. Rental Term and Dumpster Use**
The Company agrees to rent to the Customer one or more dumpsters for the agreed rental period. Customer agrees to use the dumpster for lawful disposal purposes only and in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.

**2. Delivery and Placement**
Customer acknowledges that Company will deliver the dumpster to the location specified by the Customer. Customer assumes full responsibility for any damage to driveways, sidewalks, landscaping, lawns, curbs, septic systems, utility lines, or any other property during delivery, placement, or pickup. Customer agrees to provide clear access for delivery and pickup and assumes all liability for any damage caused due to insufficient access or unsafe conditions.

**3. Liability Waiver**
Customer hereby waives and releases Hullaway LLC, its employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages to property, including real or personal property, arising out of or related to the placement, use, or removal of the dumpster. Hullaway LLC shall not be liable for damage to pavement, driveways, lawns, fences, or other surfaces upon which the dumpster is placed.

**4. Customer Responsibility for Damage**
Customer agrees to maintain the dumpster in good condition throughout the rental period. Customer shall be held financially responsible for any damage to the dumpster, including but not limited to fire damage, graffiti, structural damage, overloading, or relocation of the dumpster. No hazardous materials, flammable liquids, toxic waste, or prohibited items are to be placed in the dumpster.

**5. Indemnification**
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hullaway LLC from and against any and all claims, damages, fines, penalties, or liabilities arising from Customer's use or misuse of the dumpster, including injury to persons or damage to property.

**6. Payment Terms**
Customer agrees to pay all rental fees, disposal charges, and any damage fees assessed. Late pickups or overfilled dumpsters may incur additional charges.

**7. Governing Law**
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which the dumpster is rented.

**Acknowledgement**
By signing below, Customer acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Dumpster Rental Agreement.
