We will provide you with an estimate before we arrive on site.  Most national companies want to give you an onsite sales pitch with their overpriced estimate and see if you bite.  They then lower the price a little bit and prey on your sense of urgency.  Nobody wants this.  That is why we give you an estimate before we even show up on site.

Our price is based on volume, weight, and ease of loading.  We use trucks that have a capacity of 20 cubic yards.  This is a much larger truck than most other junk removal companies.  Their average truck size is only 15 cubic yards.  As a frame of reference, a washing machine is one cubic yard.  The price we charge is based on the volume that your items take up in the truck.  We will always break up any bulky items like shelving units or flimsy furniture. This will help take up less space in the truck and costs will be kept at a minimum. Bulky items that can not be broken down, like mattresses or couches, are usually stacked standing up above the sides. This will effectively give you more than 20 cubic yards of volume that will be removed for the same price.
